If you have a query with an existing order please reply to your order confirmation email so that I can reply when I am at my desk and have the information I need to hand. 

My working hours are usually Monday - Friday 10am until 3pm.

Although I may be on Social Media at other times I will not reply to order queries until I am back at my desk. Please don't message me on social media if you have an order query - due to the volume of messages I receive each day you will get buried under others before I get back to my desk to reply, and I may miss something important!
